For all Non Personalized purchases: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original GiGi New York receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Returns of merchandise are accepted in original, sellable condition within 21 days of purchase for a full refund.
If return is not in original, sellable condition a merchandise credit will be issued. All shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable.
If you choose to return or exchange your purchase, you must present the original receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Without your original receipt/invoice or gift receipt, you will be offered a merchandise credit for the lowest or discounted selling price of the item. If original purchase included a bonus gift, bonus item must be returned in order to receive full credit for the original purchase price. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt/invoice or gift receipt, included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return.

Hold onto your shipping receipt and GiGi New York packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.
Credit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
Styles personalized through our monogramming program are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges and Gift Returns
Exchanges must be made within 21 days of purchase. You must present the original GiGi New York receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Without your original receipt/invoice or gift receipt, you will be offered a merchandise credit. Merchandise credit or exchange will be for the original purchase price. If exchange is of greater value, please supply payment method. All shipping and handling fees are your responsibility. Please note that we will not be able to help with a gift exchange if we are not able to find the original purchase.
Defective & Mis-Shipped Items
While we inspect every order before shipping & strive to provide only the best in quality, we recognize that sometimes errors occur. We offer replacements at no shipping cost for defective or mis-shipped items. Simply notify us by email at [email protected] or by phone (800) 232-5550 within 3 days of receiving the product. This will ensure we can promptly address your concerns. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion. Please inspect your order upon delivery. Missing Packages: All customers receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. We advise to click on the link in the email to track your package for estimated delivery time. If your package is missing or stolen after it is delivered please follow the below steps:
If your package was stolen, contact the courier. You need to provide your tracking number and other related details that can track down your route of your package. If the USPS, UPS, FedEx and other express companies cannot help you track down your missing parcel, at least they can help you start an insurance claim for your package. Thus, you can reduce your loss as much as possible. If the shipping company refuses to help you address the issue, you can file a claim report on their official website.
USPS: If an unexpected USPS shipment has been missing for seven business days, you can file a missing mail claim.
