OPENING ORDER is $1500 USD.
RESALE CERTIFICATE: You must have a valid resale number to open a wholesale account.
TERMS: Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX accepted. Net 30 available upon request. At least three trade references are required to establish Net 30 terms.
DELIVERY: Items in stock will be shipped out within 5-7 business days via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping requests are available upon request: 3 day, 2 day, Overnight Standard, Overnight Early AM, and Saturday Delivery.
PLEASE ALLOW: 2-4 Weeks for delivery of items that are not in stock and for orders of large quantities.
