Non-Personalized Items

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original GiGi New York receipt, invoice, or gift receipt. Without your original receipt, invoice, or gift receipt, you will be offered a merchandise credit for the lowest or discounted selling price of the item.

 

If the original purchase included a bonus gift, the bonus item must be returned in order to receive full credit for the original purchase price.

 

Returns of merchandise are accepted in original, sellable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If a return is not in the original, sellable condition, then a merchandise credit will be issued. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, please call customer service at 1-800-232-5550 (8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday - Friday) or email customerservice@giginewyork.com.

 

Please insure your shipment as lost shipments are the sender's responsibility. Send all returns to:

Hold onto your shipping receipt and packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.

 

Credit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement. 

 

Personalized Items 

Styles personalized through our monogramming program are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
